Ibn Hajar claimed that deeds do not belong to al-Imaan. He sclaims that deeds are only a condition for perfection of imaan, and he attributes this kufr statement to the Salaf. (see Fath al Bari 1/46) However, according to ijmaa deeds are Shart sihha (condition of validity) and not shart kamal (condition for perfection).
